When first talking with Lindsey about her thoughts for the kitchen she was certain about a lot of things. She had already been thinking a lot about her dream kitchen, something I really admired. She was 100% clear that she wanted shaker style cabinets, slate floors, white quartz counters and white subway tile with dark grey grout. The demolition has begun! One of the best, most fun – and least, most un-fun – things about renovating a house is that there are so many mysteries and so many surprises. I love this time of year… well, I love all of the season changes really. When you’ve been in the thick of summer for just long enough that you are ready for the cooler weather.
