There is a distinct difference between the energy of growth… and the energy of change. Growth includes change, but the reverse is not always true.

Sometimes I hear people talking about their problems… or things going not going right in their lives and they talk about wanting a fresh start… maybe they should just move to a new city… start over.

And I always think of this quote:

“No matter where you go, there you are.”

You can move to a new neighborhood or a whole new city, buy a new place and move your stuff in – over, and over, and over –  but if you are still the same –  you will continue to have the same experience.
