Buying a home is a big decision. It’s important to be well informed and work with someone you trust.

We will sit down for a buyer consult before we start working together. So that I can walk you through the process, and we can each feel confident that working together will be a good fit.
Be ready to move quickly once you find a place you love. Great properties are few and far between these days, you have to be ready to act fast.
You might be competing, depending on your preferred neighborhood and what type of property you are looking for.
You will need to get your ducks in a row before we even go to one showing. Working with me means being prepared. I don’t want you to find ‘the one’, and not be ready to put in an offer because you haven’t even talked to a lender yet! There are key steps you need to take before we even see one house, I will work with you to make sure you have everything in place.
